I work with individuals who are ready to reconnect with their bodies and step into their fullest human experience.
We use embodied integration and other modalities to come back to a healthier way of being.
This is especially supportive for adults who self-identify as thinkers, highly cognitive and can't get out of their heads.
Often, these folks aren't making progress in their healing even though they have tried everything to feel better.
I'm not interested in working with folks who say they want a better life, but are not committed to it.

To truly understand the benefits of embodied integration, it should be experienced.
But essentially, we are focused on your individuation or self-actualization process by integrating the contents of the unconscious into consciousness.
As your coach, I will create a container for you to explore yourself - at a cognitive, emotional and somatic level - to get to the roots of whatever is keeping you stuck in your life.

The three pillars of my work are as follows:
1. inner sovereignty - trusting your internal compass rather than obediently seeking external validation
2. unconditional love - acceptance without judgement of others, of self and of the circumstances of the present moment
3. embodiment - feeling the full and whole experience of being human rather than living primarily from the thinking mind

#3 is the process by which we return to a feeling of safety within our body and our experience, so that #1-2 can happen

Most health experts give you a list of rules, do this not that, generic advice, schedules, food plans and a one-size fits all solution to your 'problem'. For folks who struggle with making changes, if this approach worked, it would have worked already.

It doesn’t work because being stuck isn't about not knowing what is best for you. It's about being disconnected from trusting yourself. We find answers by looking within not by relying on others to tell us what to do. You must acknowledge the protective mechanisms at play beneath the surface of your conscious awareness.

Many coaches are very Point A to Point B focused in their approach resulting in a linear, forward-moving practice. This may be the right choice for you depending on your goals. I prioritize depth not distance, so that when shifts happen, they are sustainable and rooted in truth.

Through the embodied integration process, you learn to value the rich and sacred practice of slowing down and exchange a sense of urgency with a desire to create meaningful change in your human experience. That said, powerful results do show up from the very first session, so you can feel yourself moving toward something better.

It is also important to say that the biggest difference between me and other practitioners is that my number one priority is building authentic TRUST between us because it is only within the safe container of trust that progress, changes and healing can happen.

My signature package Doing The Work is special because it attends to your needs at the level of cognition, emotion and survival. This approach gets to the root of your emotions and patterns.

Embodied integration recognizes that we exist in a mind-body system and getting results in our healing requires going beyond physiology. We must attend to the mind which exists as much in the brain as in the body and in the energy between all of us. We have the answers. Our bodies have the answers. My role as a coach is to empower you to access your own truth and create a container where your personal healing can happen.

You will show up for yourself in a way that you may never have before which means being honest and believing change is possible for you. This isn't always easy, but I will be supporting you all the way along.

You will be ready to invest in yourself with your time, your energy and your finances because you recognize that your mind-body health is the most valuable asset you have.

You will commit to 60-75 minutes weekly for at least 4 months to attend your sessions. Additional sessions are woven in twice per package.
You will also have access to reliable internet for online sessions. I don't currently offer in-person coaching.

Embodied Integration is not for you if you are unwilling to try something different from what you're used to. We will be shaking up some narratives that feel like fact.
It's also not a good fit for people who make excuses in order to keep putting themselves and their wellness last on the list of priorities.

I am only interested in working with individuals who value their life enough to commit and invest in healing, expanding and evolving into the best version they can.
I’m selective about who I work with, choosing to be honest with people who aren’t suited for my approach as it wouldn't be fair to them. The intial Intro to Embodied Integration session is the best way to decide if this work is for you.

Coaching is a form of rational discourse wherein the client's limiting paradigms can be challenged lovingly and with impartiality. Insight as to unhelpful patterns in our meaning-making are not often available to us without having them mirrored back by a caring listener. Also, our primal need for love, safety and belonging makes this process easier if it's engaged within a trusting relationship.

My signature package Doing The Work typically begins with a commitment of weekly sessions because the magic of this work is in the compounding effect of a series of sessions.

My offer is unique because we will move between more traditional cognitive behaviour coaching (energetically masculine) which is informed by humanistic psychology and embodied processing (energetically feminine) where we work directly with the traumatic imprints being held in the body.

The first step is always to get in touch and schedule an intro session to see if we are well matched. This session is offered for a low-risk investment to ensure you feel like working with me is the right choice before we begin a longer partnership.

Transformation doesn’t have to take years—it simply requires presence, genuine recognition of past patterns, and the readiness to intentionally redefine your relationship with the object of your limiting belief.

That said, every individual's experience and circumstance is unique. Where some clients experience profound results from the first session, others find that regular practice over weeks or months is the best path for them to find sustained regulation in their nervous system and a deeper connection to the miracle of life.

Embodied Integration also has a butterfly effect meaning it's not unusual for clients to see benefits that show up months or even years into the future due to work that was done several months or years before.

Embodiment is at the heart of this work because to live embodied is to embrace the wholeness of the human experience. Our ability to be embodied is a key component in our capacity for healing.

We've been socialized to prioritize our thinking brains over the information and wisdom available to us when we can be in the experience of emotions in our bodies presented as sensation and vibration.

Most of us are very energetically imbalanced and lacking prowess in the more energetically feminine skills of connecting with intuition, recognizing sensations, receiving, allowing, accepting and resting in moments of non-doing.

To learn this is to embrace the wholeness of what it is to be human and come into better balance. Without this, we suffer all of the unfavourable expressions of disconnection from ourselves. Embodiment is coming home to your body.

Living Embodied is:
⬧ having awareness of our emotions coming up while holding the belief that we are safe
⬧ having the capacity to endure the physical manifestations of the emotions if they are uncomfortable  
⬧ having an understanding that experiencing emotion is a normal part of being human so we can let go of any fear or judgement about it showing up
⬧ having a willingness to learn what the emotions are trying to tell us when they surface

Sessions are approximately 60-75 minutes once per week. We will meet weekly for at least 4 months.

We will start with a 4-month package of 1:1 Embodied Integration sessions at an investment of $2222. This includes 18 sessions. 16 sessions will be scheduled weekly for 4 months + 2 additional sessions can be booked at your discretion whether you add them on at the end of 16 weeks or you decide to use them for maintenance in the future. I understand that committing to the same day and time for 4 months is big, but I am flexible with rescheduling when you provide enough notice, so we will  ensure that you receive all 18 sessions that you've paid for.

Investing in yourself, both financially and with your time, has you showing up differently to the work. If you trust the process and allow yourself to slow down, get present, be honest and take the time and space necessary to feel safe, you will profoundly change your life.

Since this work helps you break unhealthy patterns, protect your children, and positively impact your family and community, it causes a ripple effect with an immeasurable ROI. But only you can decide if it's important enough to you.

Humanist Coaching is an online coaching service, so sessions, communication and information will be offered via the internet, or on occasion the phone. This makes scheduling and commuting easier for both client and coach.

If there is ever an internet issue, a replacement session will be arranged.

Of course it is important that you feel ready and excited for this change, but please consider that embodied integration helps us to manage the ups and downs in our lives. It is possible that this is exactly the thing that will make 'having so much going on' easier and less stressful.

Taking one hour for yourself each week to regulate your nervous system, get grounded and present with my support should not be considered a luxury.

Instead of seeing this work as another thing to do, you can think of embodied integration as a support system that will help you feel less overwhelmed, reactive and at the mercy of your life so you can enjoy it even when you are taking on new, busy or stressful things.

This may be the perfect time to start, in fact. Don't let it be one of those things where you finally do the work and only wish you had done it sooner because it could have prevented additional suffering and challenge.
