My passion is coaching high-functioning, self-aware women navigating Identity Rupture.
I know the fear and grief that floods you when a piece of your identity is lost.
You were strong and doing life until something cracked your foundation, and now you barely recognize the woman in the mirror.
I've been there and for a long time, I tried to think my way into stability.
But the harder I tried, the further away I felt. I understand the weight of constantly analyzing and striving while feeling disconnected from your core.
The shift came when I turned inward. I found safety in my body and realized I was already enough. I learned that every painful event can inform our growth if we let it.
Now, I guide women in their return to grounded expansion. That is the ability to root into the body and expand into your fullest expression.
Transformation asks only for presence and the courage to step into the space between the identity you've outgrown and the next phase of your becoming. I can support you in this.

Our initial 4-week Foundation work is a focused entry point, ensuring we have a stable baseline of safety before moving into deeper integration.
By the end of our 30 days together, you will:
· Increase your capacity for interoception: Develop a clearer, more compassionate connection to the internal signals of your body.
· Implement tools for regulation: Move from "knowing about" nervous system awareness to consistently practising the tools that bring you back to baseline.
· Decode your biology: Understand how polyvagal theory has shaped your past responses and how it can support the person you are becoming.
· Identify survival mechanisms: Gain the clarity to see the protective patterns driving your current experience without judgement.
· Establish a somatic "Anchor": Create a reliable internal "safe harbour" to return to when the waves of transition feel overwhelming.
