I'm Natasha and I believe in your potential to heal, evolve and expand into a vibrant and meaningful life for yourself.
I coach women and men who have done the work. They have so much self-awareness but still feel stuck in patterns they didn’t consciously choose and their minds can't seem to shift.

For a long time, I chased answers outside myself, trying to think my way into clarity. But the harder I tried, the further away I felt.

I understand the weight of constantly analyzing, second-guessing and striving to meet expectations while feeling disconnected from who you really are.

The shift came when I turned inward, reconnecting with my spiritual core, finding safety in my body and realizing I was already enough.

That’s where I discovered grounded expansion: the ability to root into the body and expand into my fullest human expression, held by something greater.

Transformation doesn’t have to take years. It asks for presence, honest awareness of your patterns and the courage to step into the space between the identity you've outgrown and the next phase of your becoming.
When you feel pulled between who you are and who you think you should be,
a better life begins by integrating the parts of you longing to belong
with the parts of you craving freedom and meaning.
Real talk? Healing into your potential is not something that you can think your way into.

The self-help books, gratitude journaling and talk therapy are great, but deep and sustaining results only happen when you
‍feel safe enough to trust yourself held by something greater and respond to life guided by internal referencing and self-validation.

This is Embodied Integration work... the bridge between understanding yourself and actually living what you know.

Methodology
We are all shaped by the circumstances we’ve lived through—and for most of us, we learned to live according to the expectations of others gauging our worthiness against their judgements. But within us lies more wisdom and agency than we realize.

We will:
1. Explore Your Patterns and Sensations: Uncover how cultural and familial expectations have shaped your unique root system.
2. Process Emotional Energy: Use body-based techniques to metabolize stored emotional energy: the shame, anger, unworthiness and fear that once kept you safe but now hold you back.
3. Reframe Your Story: Build a narrative where you feel enough —exactly as you are— and reclaim your power.
4. Take Empowered Action: Align your choices with your values, creating a future that feels authentically yours.

🔹 Comprehensive: You will meet your fundamental human needs at 3 levels – thinking, feeling and surviving – because your stress is multidimensional, and so is your healing.

🔹 Nurturing: You will get personalized 1:1 embodied integration coaching which is trauma-informed and at a pacing that feels right for you because healing happens when we feel safe, seen and supported enough to accept ourselves as we are.

🔹 Transformative: You will walk away with lifelong tools and a renewed connection to yourself and that which is greater because this work is more than just a quick-fix or bandaid solution.

Depending where you start, your results may look different. Embodied Integration is a journey.
Stage ONE
Peace (survival intelligence)
At stage one, you may be experiencing emotional flooding. Nervous system dysregulation has led to pain and suffering, and that is your primary concern. This can  show up as chronic physical symptoms, toxic habits, addictive behavior, mental overwhelm, despair, anxiety, or struggles with relationships or money. This foundational step in embodied integration focuses on learning how to be in your body and create safety there while cultivating an ability for radical acceptance of all that you are. When you're aware and able to witness your survival mode, you can sustainably change your outcomes.
Stage TWO
Freedom (emotional intelligence)
Once you’ve learned tools to manage stress and regulate your nervous system, this is where grounded expansion begins to take root and you can begin an exploration of your unique journey. Uncover limiting beliefs, move toward wholeness, build resilience, care for your child self, and meet your deepest needs. It’s a transformational stage of embodied integration—getting to know who you truly are, recognizing the energetic imprints you’ve carried, and understanding the survival adaptations you've developed. You learn to set boundaries, show up differently in relationships, be accountable, and cultivate self-compassion in a safe and doable way.
Stage THREE
Surrender (energetic/spiritual intelligence)
At this point in your journey, you embody grounded expansion and it feels as though you have woken up to a new way of being. And while there is really no end to your evolution, this is a time for creating a bigger life that you are ravished by. A profound and powerful shift happens when you assume a growth mindset and take action toward the potential and possibility of a life you previously believed was unavailable to you. The ‘work’ at this point is about finding meaning and fulfillment in who you are becoming on the way to a mind-blowing destination while cultivating your connection to something greater than yourself. This stage in your embodied integration feels like magic!

Trust and safety are the foundation of a successful client-coach relationship.
Let's begin there!

You will be invited to begin with an online, 75-minute Embodied Integration Session, I’ll guide you through a safe and gentle process rooted in somatic experience. You’ll leave having gained insight, feeling lighter and calmer, with at least one tool for regulating your nervous system.

‍The initial Embodied Integration session is $100 USD

This offers you a chance to understand the benefits of this work so you are better equipped to decide if you want to invest in a deeper commitment.

It is also an important step for us to get to know each other and see if we connect in a way that feels like a good choice to both of us before we commit to a longer term relationship.

‍If you decide a package is the right choice for you, the cost of this session will be subtracted from the package total and you will receive an additional 14 sessions.

If you decide not to pursue a package, you still receive excellent information to support your journey in healing, expansion and evolution.
