Freestyle Dance Alchemy for Women
10-week Series
Join a sisterhood of women reclaiming their bodies and igniting their spirits.
This weekly program is a progressive journey:
A trauma-informed, somatic curriculum intentionally created to allow psychological safety to take root.
Consistency is what makes it possible to truly let go, move through old patterns and integrate a new sense of presence. The in-person and dedicated group elements prompt a level of felt energy and trust that simply don't exist in online or occasional offers.
Expand the range and breadth of your dance expression through the process of experimenting with and alchemizing different aspects and extensions of movement.
Cultivate your capacity to be in the sensation of your body and emotions bringing your feminine and masculine energies into better balance.
Learn about yourself and use your dance playground as a catalyst for introducing different ways of being to your life outside of dance class.
Why 10 weeks?
The depth of a consistent practice. The safety of a steady community.
• A Trusted Circle: There is a profound ease that comes from knowing exactly who you are dancing with. This familiarity allows for a level of vulnerability and authenticity that only develops over time.
• Compounding Results: Real embodiment is a skill we build together. A consistent series allows us to move past the "introduction" phase and into the deeper work of nervous system regulation.
• Prioritizing Your Well-being: For many of us, a scheduled commitment is the highest form of self-care. It is a promise to yourself that you will show up and land in your body, even when life gets busy.
If any of these feel true...
• you have always danced and now as an adult, you are seeking a regular dance practice that aligns with you
• you want to dance for wellness, joy and community rather than for performing, choreography or fitness
• you have always loved to dance but feel self-conscious about dancing around others
• you understand the benefits of an embodiment practice but have struggled to find one that feels consistent and accessible
• you would like to dive deeper into body-mind health and dance is something that you've always enjoyed
• you know that a trauma-informed "dance as medicine" approach would meet a deep need for you now
• you are seeking a community of souls where you feel safe to be open, vulnerable, and real
• you are ready to stretch yourself with something new and at times mentally or emotionally challenging
• you want to lose yourself to dance like you used to but without the bars, the alcohol, the drugs or the scene
• you want to commit to a regular practice because you know you'll love it but have trouble prioritizing yourself if it's not a scheduled thing
